By commissioning me you are agreeing to my Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of my terms do not commission me.

general terms
- I reserve the right to decline any commission.- All payments are made up front unless discussed otherwise.- I do not allow editing of my art. In some circumstances this is allowed, such as adopts and customs. please ask first if you are unsure of anything regarding this subject.
turnaround time
the general turnaround time for commissions is a maximum of one month unless stated otherwise. If there are any delays this will be discussed with you.
refunds
I do not offer refunds once the lining has been started. If I cannot finish or continue your commission for any reason, you will receive a refund and be informed about this decision. You may also get a partial refund if I am taking longer on your commission than the estimate I have given you. if I have not started your commission by the due date, you will receive a full refund.
Process
- During the process I will send you updates of sketch, lines & color and finished piece.- Please ask for changes before the commission is finished. Any major changes once the commission is done will result in a fee.- The commissioner has the right to ask for updates. However, be aware that I do send out updates when I have one to send, If I have not sent you an update I do not have anything new to show or I am in the process of working on it. Be sure to check my trello for any updates regarding your commission.- I will work on your commission to your satisfaction, please do not be scared to ask for changes. I will not be offended if I am asked to change anything and will work with you in order to make sure I provide a result you are happy with.- all commissioners receive a png or jpg of the finished piece. I do not give out PSD or procreate files.
terms of use
- Any art commissioned is for non-commercial use only. Commercial use can be discussed. However, you are free to use the art piece for personal merch as long as it is not sold (unless discussed with me first).- Any image by me cannot be used for NFT usage, AI, etc. You will be blacklisted.- Please have a clear reference sheet, I will not work from a description of a character unless it is a custom.- Please credit me when uploading my art anywhere.
ignoring any of my terms will result in a warning. continuously ignoring them will get you blacklisted.
